Almost 6 years ago now, I was blessed to begin working at my current company. Had it not been for my first supervisor here, asking me to apply for the position, I would still be, as Don said in his comment, &quot;...working myself silly...&quot;. My immediate supervisors here have both been very aware of the need for time to take care of personal/family needs.
