For my listeners that are not aware, I am an Executive
Director with the John Maxwell team. Every 6 months, I have the
privilege of joining John and his incredible faculty in Orlando, FL. I
do one show each time I return from this event to reflect on the event
and share the information that will shape my next 6 months and years to
